It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions before the start of any club.

All our coaches are enhanced DBS checked and hold current Emergency First Aid certification.

If Sports Stars UK should cancel an event/session a full refund will be issued to the person who booked. If an event/session is cancelled due to circumstances that are not of our making then no refunds will be issued.

Sports Stars UK may from time to time take photographs/film of Sports Stars UK clubs, the use of this data is solely for the promoting and publishing of Sports Stars UK events through our website, press, literature and TV. No child’s name will be used in any form of promotion. Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Sports Stars UK aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the club starts.

Sports Stars UK may from time to time contact you with promotions or product information. If you do not want to receive such notifications, please email info@sportsstarsuk.com

I understand that accidents and injuries may happen during sporting events and physical exertion. By allowing your child to participate in this event/club, I understand that I am accepting the risk of accidents and injuries that might arise out of their participation.

It has been agreed with the school that sessions with one coach will not exceed 16 children per session.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn/or available for their child for the activity provided and weather conditions

VAT charged at current rates

Every endeavor is taken through thorough working closely with each school, risk assessments and safety procedures to minimize and prevent accidents from occurring.

It has been agreed with the schools that clubs with one coach will not exceed 16 children per session aged 5+

Lunch is not provided at Camp so you must supply your child with a packed lunch and snacks, and a refillable drinks bottle for water.

No Nuts or Egg to be allowed at camp or clubs for lunch or snacks

Cancelling your Booking Camps only

  • You may cancel for up to two weeks in advance of the starting date of your camp in order to receive a refund minus a 10% administrative charge.
  • Any cancellations after this two-week period will result in no refunds
  • Any cancellations on the day due to illness or injury will not result in a refund or credit.
  • If one child on the booking needs to cancel due to illness or injury, then you are entitled to a credit for any other siblings on the booking.

Mobile Phones & Electronic Devices

  • All electrical devices are not allowed at camp. If found, the device will be taken in by the Camp Directors and kept secure.
  • If you need to contact your child, please call or email the Camp Manager.
  • Sports Stars UK does not take responsibility for the damage or loss of any electronic devices.

Swearing & Inappropriate Language Policy

  • In the first instance of swearing or inappropriate language the child will be given a warning and warned that if they repeat the language they will be asked to leave the camp.

Covid Information

Thank you for booking onto one of our camps/clubs. I am sure you will be following the news about the Coronavirus in the UK and we wanted to assure you that we are taking every precaution to ensure our clubs and camps can go ahead without any cause for concern.

Our priority is the welfare of our children and staff. We have therefore put strict health & safety policies in place to minimise risks related to COVID-19. These are in compliance with guidelines published by Public Health England and include:

  1. Any student or permanent staff member joining the course must already have been in the UK for at least 14 days before the course and must be completely symptom free.
  2. Family members or carers visiting our camps/clubs to pick up or drop off children must comply with latest regulations stated by the Department of Health and Social Care and Public Health England at the point of their visit, otherwise they cannot be permitted on site.
  3. Additional personal hygiene practices will be put into place during our clubs/camps. These include the thorough washing of hands on arrival to the course and many more please read below

Please read through the following before making a booking

  • The school clubs will run in a slightly different way to normal
  • Our camps and clubs will operate in a ‘Covid Secure’ way with greatly enhanced hygiene and cleaning routines
  • We have been and will continue to work side by side with the schools we have been working in this whole time so when the clubs start we have shared procedures already in place: risk assessments/health and safety measures etc
  • Children will be grouped into Class/year group Bubbles of a maximum of 15 children
  • Capacities are slighlty reduced from previous camp and club levels
  • Diligent application of hygiene routines always
  • Every coach carries their own hand sanitizer and schools have had many more hand sanitizer stations installed throughout
  • Every child has temperature taken and recorded on arrival for camps
  • Coach takes temperature on arriving school
  • Through washing of hands before and after different daily camp sessions for children and coaches
  • Maintain distancing where possible
  • Run all sessions outdoors unless weather is preventing this
  • If session must be run in school hall open all doors and windows to maximise air flow and distancing maintained
  • Sterilise equipment before and after sessions
  • Limited sharing of equipment during sessions
  • Sessions designed to limit any contact and focus on individual skills

Please note that circumstances can change quickly in this unprecedented time and we cannot guarantee that these clubs will run if things do change. Our main priority as ever is the safety and welfare of the amazing children who attend and with everything that we do this will be our focus.
